Not to mention, they refuse to answer the phone. When you go up there during their hours, you have to pound on the door before someone comes out. It's ridiculous!
Left are bills in mail box will be making a call tomorrow also cant never get ahold of anyone what horrible service cant believe a post office is only open 4hrs!!
They refuse to answer their phone. No call waiting, no answering machine, nothing. Your facility is open for 4 hours. Why not try and be a little more accessible for that very short amount of time.
Ever since they got this new mailman, I haven't been receiving my mail. A package that said it was delivered to my house Friday morning wasn't and I have noises where it is at.
I would give Zero Stars if possible. I have more mail from other people show up in my mailbox than mine. They have lost more packages than I can count. They are only open 4 hours. They are impossible to get in touch with. Will fill a complain with Post Master General!
They do a great job for us!
